Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Jimmy Deenihan T.D., was joined by over 100 artists, curators and invited guests at the launch of Ireland at Venice, Ireland’s representation at the 54th International Art Exhibition, which took place at the Irish Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday 10th May at 6pm. Corban Walker has been selected as the artist who will represent Ireland at the Venice Biennale, with Commissioner Emily-Jane Kirwan and curator Eamonn Maxwell.
